We placed the order right before it started getting bad, before the emergency warnings, and assumed (and HOPED) that they had cancelled the order and gone home. NOPE. It took more than two hours but they still delivered. We could not believe it when our driver called to say he was still here. We had no food in the house other than junk so it was like a blessing from the heavens, because EVERYTHING ON THE MENU IS DELICIOUS. We have literally NEVER had a bad experience or a meal we didn't thoroughly enjoy. I have been to 4 countries, 48 different states, and spent plenty of time in Chicago and NYC and Roaster Pepper's pizza is my all time favorite. “ After a long crazy work day I was in the mood for a pie. Since moving to the area I've driven by this Joint countless times, catchy name and looks nice inside. I've tried a few places in the area. No real favorite yet. Decided to give it a go here. Lady on the phone was sweet and welcoming. Placed my order for takeout and she said 20 minutes. Arrived and a few takeout orders in front of me as well as a few grub hub drivers waiting on orders. My order was ready when I got there. Kitchen was busy. The pizza upon opening the box was a good looking pie. Right amount of sauce and cheese, cooked to perfection. The taste was impressive and I after a long day of work was smitten with it. Definitely a joint that'll I'll order again. They seem to be busy and popular w their subs as I noticed the cooks making up a bunch in the back. They also have steak fries which are great. Great comfort food spot. Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu going forward ”
